Grand Opening of The Champions Bistro a Rousing Success

Wellington, Fla. - Jan. 15, 2018 - Wellington National Golf Club is thrilled to announce that the official Grand Opening of the new Champions Bistro was a huge success! Attended by more than 500 people, the evening featured multiple food and beverage options including elegantly crafted hors d' oeuvres, a signature butterscotch pecan whiskey cocktail and a unique pizza station utilizing the restaurant's brand new brick Napolitano pizza oven imported from Italy. The festive atmosphere was complemented by elegant outdoor lightning and an inventive laser show.

The Champions Bistro offers casual and classy indoor and outdoor dining for the sophisticated pallet. Located on the exterior of the beautiful Wellington National Golf Club, it offers a unique view of the 18th green from the pristine Travertine terrace. Interior features boast a beautiful and brand-new Napolitano pizza oven and an open-air kitchen element. The restaurant's exquisite selection of hand-crafted foods includes vegetarian and gluten-free selections, American-fare, signature dishes and tantalizing desserts. It also offers a full-size bar with four large flat-screen TVs for special happy hour events or simply catching up with friends over a drink.
